    So what has helped me? Slowing down, even though in the beginning that felt like pure torture. Feeling how I feel (I still want to run away at times of overwhelming emotions).     I have found that in order to move from FORCING myself and my body - which is exhausting - to be in the flow of life - where I want to be; I had to do the very thing that I had been running from all along - I had to face how I was feeling!     This idea is something very dear to my heart. When I am anxious or in a heightened state (e.g. panic attack, etc.) it is impossible for me to flow with anything.
