Everyone’s mind is BUSY; at Creative Empowerment we are not going to even try to stop the thoughts in your mind. What our experienced teachers can help you understand and put into practice is simply watching your mind do its thing, without reacting as you would normally (which could be anything from freaking out, getting anxious or annoyed to outright flipping totally out).
